*Rates are for one side of duplex, 10% motel tax not included. Rates based on 5 occupants and less. Additional guests must pay $8.00 per night pp.

A 25% deposit is required for each rental when booking. Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by check or money order.

Upon check in, a refundable cleaning and damage deposit in the amount of $250 is required. Deposits are refundable if written, e-mail or phone cancellations are  given 60 days or more in advance.
No refunds for Early Departure, except for emergencies*.
 (*Rain, Trains, Lake level, Heat are not emergencies)
All refunds subject to $25.00 processing fee

Check In time is 2:00 pm
Check Out time is 9:30 am

Cleaning is included in your rental charge and provides a basic clean-up. Please treat each duplex as if it was your own. Please leave it clean neat and undamaged.
 

The cleaning that is automatically covered in your rental charge are as follows:

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen
• Washing of bed linen
• Floors mopped
• Garbage cans clean
  ( please remove excess garbage bags and place them in the cans provided at the side of the duplex)
• Dusting of the furniture
